Coin Factory App - Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the Coin Factory app ("App"), operated by Coinverse private limited. The Company is registered in India. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App. By accessing, downloading, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Account Registration

3.1. Registration Requirements

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.

3.2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the App

4.1. Spin Feature

The "Spin" tab allows users to spin a virtual slot machine to earn reward coins. Each spin is subject to a 15-minute cooldown period. Any manipulation or attempt to bypass this cooldown is strictly prohibited.

4.2. Rewards

Reward coins accumulated through gameplay can be redeemed in the "Rewards" tab for cashbacks, ranging from ₹2 to ₹100,000. Cashbacks are purchased using in-game currency, which has no real-world value outside of the App.

4.3. Transaction History

The "History" tab allows users to track their coin earnings and the status of cashback transactions. Cashback statuses include "Pending," "Processing," and "Completed," with corresponding receipts provided for completed transactions.

4.4. Profile Management

The "Profile" tab enables users to manage their personal information, such as name, phone number, email, and gender. Users can also access support, view the terms and conditions, privacy policy, log out, or delete their account.

5. In-Game Currency and Rewards

5.1. Non-Transferability

In-game currency and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred to any other user or third party.

5.2. Expiration and Modification

The Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or expire any in-game currency, rewards, or cashback offers at any time without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

6.1. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities while using the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s systems or networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or the servers or networks that host the App.

6.2. Consequences of Violation

Violation of these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to the App, as well as legal action where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1. Ownership

All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2. Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination of Use

9.1. User-Initiated Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the "Delete Account" feature in the Profile tab. Upon termination, all in-game currency and rewards will be forfeited.

9.2. Company-Initiated Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to the App or other users.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any other matter relating to the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13.2. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and any amendments thereto. 14. Changes to Terms
